| 2012 Heritage High Number #650 |
In a shameless money grab of sorts, Topps offered a 100-card Heritage High Number box set in late 2012 for the princely sum of $100. It was only available via the official website and was supposedly limited to just 1,000 sets. Because I'm a sucker, I immediately ordered one when I received the promo email from Topps. I love Heritage too much and I have too little will power, so resistance was null. Anyhow, it's pretty cool to own such a rare rookie card of baseball's favorite over-hyped star.
